Jeff consults in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, leadership development, risk management and human resource management, including executive search, in addition to serving as a coach to managers and executive leaders He oversees CRE’s Strategy and Risk Management consulting business line. Jeff has more than 15 years of experience helping nonprofits manage and develop their financial and human resources. Before joining CRE in 2006, he served at both Women in Need and MOUSE. He also spent time at Cause Effective, which was his first exposure to the value of effective nonprofit capacity building. Jeff holds many professional certifications, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hogan Assessments, Clark Wilson Group: 360° Feedback Surveys, and Action Learning facilitation. He received an M.P.A. from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
